Redtail Games Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Redtail Games ("Redtail Games", "we", "our", or "us") and govern your access to and use of our mobile games, websites, customer support, software, content, virtual items, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Redtail Games is the brand name used by Shanghai Jiuwu Information Technology Co., Ltd. for its games and related services.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your country or region, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian and you allow your child to use the Services, you agree that you are responsible for your child's use of the Services.
2. Account and Security
Some Services may allow or require you to create an account, use a platform account, or connect to a third-party account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, except where caused by our fault or required otherwise by applicable law.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
3. License to Use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Services, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency
The Services may include virtual currency, virtual items, characters, boosts, skins, passes, or other digital content (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you for use only within the applicable Service. They are not your property, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services outside the Services.
Unless expressly permitted by us in the applicable Service, you may not sell, transfer, trade, gift, exchange, or otherwise dispose of Virtual Items outside the Services. Any attempted transfer or sale may be void and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We may manage, modify, rebalance, replace, remove, or discontinue Virtual Items as part of operating and improving the Services. Where required by applicable law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Purchases, Billing, Refunds, and Subscriptions
If the Services are distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play, purchases of digital content, Virtual Items, subscriptions, or other in-app products must be made through Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, or another payment method expressly permitted by the applicable platform rules and applicable law.
Your purchase is also subject to the terms, billing rules, refund rules, and subscription management tools of the platform through which you made the purchase. Apple, Google, or the relevant platform may process payments, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks.
Except where required by applicable law or the applicable platform policy, purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable once delivered. If a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal is issued, we may remove the related Virtual Items, suspend access to paid features, or adjust your account balance.
If the Services offer auto-renewing subscriptions, subscription terms, renewal period, price, trial conditions, cancellation method, and renewal rules will be shown before purchase and will also be managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, as applicable.
6. User Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, hateful, or offensive conduct;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, bots, scripts, hacks, mods, or other unauthorized software;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- sell, buy, rent, share, transfer, or commercially exploit accounts or Virtual Items except where expressly allowed by us;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- collect personal information from other users without permission;
- upload, transmit, or distribute malware, harmful code, or content that infringes another person's rights;
- use the Services in a way that violates applicable law, platform rules, or these Terms.
7. User Content
Some Services may allow you to submit, post, upload, or share content such as usernames, profile information, messages, images, feedback, or other materials ("User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content and must ensure that you have all rights needed to share it.
By submitting User Content, you grant Redtail Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and use that User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Services.
We may review, remove, restrict, or disable User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or the rights or safety of users or third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, artwork, characters, names, stories, music, sounds, graphics, animations, logos, user interface, gameplay systems, text, and other content, are owned by Redtail Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, you do not receive any ownership or other rights in the Services, Virtual Items, or our intellectual property.
9. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments about the Services, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you, unless prohibited by applicable law.
10. Privacy

11. Third-Party Services and Platforms
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services, advertising networks, analytics providers, platform services, payment processors, and app stores. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
If you download the Services from Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, you must also comply with that platform's applicable terms and policies.
12. Apple App Store Terms
If you access or download the Services from Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Redtail Games, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Services or their content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Services. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.
13. Changes to the Services
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, including content, features, events, Virtual Items, pricing, availability, and technical requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice where required by applicable law.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, engaged in fraud or cheating, or used the Services in a harmful or unlawful way.

15. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redtail Games disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or available in every country or region.
16. Health and Safety Notice
A small percentage of users may experience seizures or other symptoms when exposed to certain flashing lights, patterns, or visual effects. Stop using the Services immediately and consult a physician if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary movement, or convulsions.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redtail Games and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services, our website, the app store listing, or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
